传感器在工业自动化中的应用非常广泛,它的灵敏度、精确度、动作距离等参数是其非常重要的性能。本文着重从以下3个方面阐述结构零件的制造精度对传感器性能的影响,并根据实际工作经验,逐项列举实例。1注塑模具的结构;2加工工艺的选择;3装配工装的设计。
The article expounds more detail that manufacturing precision of mechanical parts influences on characteristics of sensor, and follows many examples which are refined from daily work experience. Below aspects are mentioned： 1. How to structure injection tooling for plastic parts of sensor; 2. How to select process method for mechanical parts of sensor; 3. How to design fixture for assembling parts of sensor.
