氯氰菊酯在棉籽土壤中的残留量及棉籽棉叶中的降解趋势初步研究

Study on Cypermethrin Residues in Cotton-seeds Leaves and Soil

本试验研究了气相色谱法测定氯氰菊酯在棉籽和土壤中的残留量,并在田间条件下摸索该药在棉籽及棉叶中的降解趋势。结果表明:整个棉花生长期喷药九次,最终残留棉籽不超过0.05mg/kg,土壤中均系痕量检出;棉籽中半衰期9.2天,棉叶上半衰期4天。

Degradation of Cypermethrin in seeds and leaves of cotton and soil under field condition was studied.Cotton plants were spraied 9 times with Cypermethrin during the whole growing season.This results showed.Cypermethrin residues was less than 0.05mg/kg in cotton-seeds and only a trace amount in soil. The half-life period was 9.2 days and 4 days in seeds and leaves, respectively.
