摘要近年来变革管理理论应用到软件过程改进项目中的成功率不高。通过对一家跨国金融公司IT部门CMMI项目的实证研究和理论探讨,客观地指出了变革管理在软件过程改进中应用不足的现状及原因。并就这些原因,有针对性地提出了若干对策以提高变革管理在软件过程改进中的应用程度,从而提高软件过程改进项目的成功率。
