广东省企业环境责任实施问题研究

A study on the implementation of corporate environmental responsibility in Guangdong Province

企业承担环境责任有利于减少环境污染和保护生态环境,实现经济的可持续发展.从经济学理论出发,主要采用博弈论和成本收益法分析企业承担环境责任实施问题.首先评价广东省的企业环境污染物排放状况;其次分析企业承担环境责任的理论依据;然后利用成本收益法分析广东省企业环境责任实施的问题;最后对广东省今后实施企业环境责任提出政策建议.

Corporates＇ taking initiative in environmental responsibility will help to reduce environmental pollution and protect ecological environment to realize the sustainable development in economy. Based on economic theories, this paper mainly uses the game theory and cost-benefit method to analyze the implementation issues of corporate environmental responsibility. Firstly, the paper evaluates the environmental situation of corporations in Guangdong Province. Then,it analyzes the theoretical basis of corporations＇ taking environmental responsibility. Thirdly, it discusses the implementation problems of corporate environmental responsibility issues in Guangdong Province by way of cost-benefit method. Finally, several policy recommendations are proposed for the future implementation of corporate environmental responsibility in Guangdong Province.
