长鳍篮子鱼的染色体组型研究

Study on the karyotype of Siganus canaliculatus

采用植物血球凝集素(phytohem agglutinin,PHA)、秋水仙素溶液腹腔注射和空气干燥制片法,以头肾组织为材料,对长鳍篮子鱼的染色体组型进行了研究.结果表明,长鳍篮子鱼具有染色体48条,其核型公式为:2n=48,48t,臂数:NF=48;未发现随体、次缢痕和异型性染色体,符合典型的高位类群鱼类核型特征.

The karyotypes of Siganus canaliculatus were obtained from their renal tissues by the PHA and colchicine injection-air drying method. The results showed that there were 48 chromosomes in Siganus canaliculatus and its karyotype formula was 2n =48,48 t, NF=48. Satellite chromosome, secondary constrictions and sex chromosome were not found in Siganus canaliculatus. The karyotype of Siganus canaliculatus is in accordance with the higher group of fish evolutionary taxonomy.
