摘要
以城市污水厂剩余污泥为原料,采用浸渍法进行改性制备烟气脱硫吸附剂,并进行性质表征,探讨污泥吸附剂在SO2-O2-H2O(g)-N2体系的吸附机理.结果表明:浸渍5%的Na2CO3溶液的污泥吸附剂性能较好,入口SO2质量浓度为2021.38mg/m3,O2体积分数为12%,H2O(g)体积分数为12%,气体流速为2.13m/min和温度为60℃的条件下,污泥吸附剂的脱硫效率为92.9%,吸附容量为38.5mg/g;水蒸气存在时,Na2CO3较强的碱性作用促进了对SO2的化学吸附,等温吸附过程可用Freundlich模型描述.
Adsorbent for flue gas desulfurization was prepared from surplus sludge of sewage by modification method of impregnation,and its properties and the adsorption mechanism of system of SO_2-O_2-H_2O(g)-N_2 were studied.The results show that the performance of adsorbent made by impregnation of Na_2CO_3 solution of 5% is the best.Under the adsorption conditions of inlet concentration of SO_2 2 021.38 mg/m3,mass fraction of O_2 12% and H_2O(g)12%,flue gas velocity 2.13 m/min,temperature 60 ℃,the desulfurization efficiency and adsorption capacity of sludge-derived adsorbent are 92.9% and 38.5 mg/g respectively.In the presence of water vapor,the basicity of the Na_2CO_3 solution accelerates the chemical adsorption for SO_2.The isothermal adsorption process can be described by Freundlich Model.
