压边力对汽车前轮罩板成形性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了有效解决实际生产中优化汽车前轮罩板拉深成形工艺的问题,根据左右轮罩板件的结构及性能要求,设计拉深数模及其工艺,在恒定压边力条件下,对轮罩板件拉深成形过程进行数值模拟。通过数值模拟从典型变压边力加载模式中得到一条最优变压边力加载曲线,使拉深件不出现起皱和拉破现象,并且使零件区域厚度分布最均匀。与恒定压边力下的最优结果进行比较得出,U型变压边力加载模式为最佳方案。 This paper deals with the problem that how to optimize the deep drawing process of front wheel cowling panels of the automobile effectively in practical production.Firstly the deep drawing numerical model and process are designed based on the structure and performance requirement of the left and right wheel cowling panels.Secondly,under the constant blank holder force condition,the numerical simulation of deep drawing process for wheel cowling panels is performed.By numerical simulation,the best variable blank holder force loading curve is obtained from lots of typical variable blank holder force modes,which makes the drawings have better uniformity in thickness distribution and have no wrinkling and cracking.Finally,that U curve of variable blank holder force is considered as the best option by comparing with the optimal result under the constant blank holder force condition.
