基于S7-200 PLC和WinCC组态软件的全自动玻璃配料监控系统,实现了对自动配料过程数据实时采集,处理,过程显示,故障报警,报表打印,安全管理及对现场设备的控制等功能。实践证明该配料系统可以精确稳定地运行。
Based on S7-200 PLC and configuration software WinCC.The auto-proportioning system has successfully updated and replaced the former manual manipulation one, and includes functions like data acquisition, data process, data display, alarm, report forms and equipment control. The results indicate that the new system runs precisely and steadily.
