摘要
设计并实现了一种基于FPGA的应用于便携式B超仪中的电影回放模块,在分析SDRAM的工作原理基础上,给出内嵌SDRAM控制器系统设计,并通过有限状态机对B超视频数据的采集与回放进行时序控制。使用VHDL语言实现,实时性高,可内嵌于使用FPGA的B超应用中。
This paper presents a kind of Design and Implementation of B-Mode Ultrasonic System's Cinloop Module Based on FPGA.We studied the operating principle of SDRAM and embedded a SDRAM controller in the module,designed Finite State Machines to do the sequential control of the video data acquisition.All of this was implemented with VHDL program and is convenient to embedded into the project which uses the FPGA.
