气相色谱法同时测定菜用大豆中阿特拉津和乙草胺 被引量:2

Determination of Atrazine and Acetochlor in Clycine max by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的建立抗阿特拉津大豆中阿特拉津、乙草胺的气相色谱-质谱法检测方法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯提取,F lo-risil固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱一质谱法进行检测。结果阿特拉津回收率为76.92%-96.24%,乙草胺回收率为79.95%-90.06%,阿特拉津和乙草胺测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为6.54%和3.91%(n=6)。结论阿特拉津和乙草胺在0.02-1.0 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限达0.010 mg/kg。 Objectlve To establish the Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry method for the determination of Atrazine and Acetochlor in Clyeine max. Method The analytes were extracted by ethyl acetate,purified by Florisil and detected by Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry. Results The average recoveries for the analysis of Atrazine and Aeetochlor were in the range of 76.92 % - 96.24 % and 79.95 % - 90.06 % . The relative standard deviations ( RSDs ) of Atrazine and Acetochlor were 6.54 % and 3. 91% ( n = 6 ) , respectively. Conclusion Good linearities were obtained in the concenttration ranging from 0.02 - 1.0 mg/L for Atrazine and Acetochlor. The limits of detection were 0. 010mg/kg for Atrazine and Acetochlor.
