摘要
目的建立微波消解氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定头发中硒的分析方法。方法样品经微波消解后采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定头发中的硒,通过控制硼氢化钾浓度和溶液酸度来提高方法的灵敏度。结果实验表明,方法的线性范围0-20μg/L,相关系数r〉0.999 0,检出限为0.42μg/L,测定值在标准物质标准值不确定度范围内,相对标准偏差小于8%。结论该方法操作简单、快速,结果准确、可靠,适用于头发中硒的测定。
Objective To investigate the microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry Determination of selenium in hair analysis. Methods After the hair by the use of microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the determination of hair selenium, potassium borohydride by controlling the concentration and acidity to enhance the method sensitivity. Results The experiments show that the linear range 0 - 20 μg/L, the correlation coefficient r 〉 0. 9990, the detection limit of 0.42 μg/L, measured in the standard uncertainty of the material scope of the standard value, the relative standard deviation less than 8 %. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and applicable to the determination of selenium in the hair.
