摘要
水培试验表明,低铁胁迫可诱导黄瓜根系分泌H^+数量和根系Fe(Ⅲ)还原力增加,对铁胁迫相对不敏感的品种津春4号比相对敏感的秋棚1号培养液pH下降早且下降幅度大,根系Fe(Ⅲ)还原力增加幅度大;低铁胁迫下,津春4号比秋棚1号的新展开叶叶面积和光合速率减小幅度小。
The results of hydroponics indicated that a lower Fe concentration stress could initiate the increase of secretion of H and the increase of Fe( III ) reducing capacity of roots of cucum-ber(C.stivus L. ).The culture solution PH value decreased earlier and with a larger scope and the roots Fe(III ) reducing capacity increased in a larger scale in the relatively insusceptible culti-var(Jinchun NO. 4)then the one of relatively susceptible cultivar(Qiupen NO. 1)With lower Fe concentration stress, the leaf area and the photosynthesis rate of newly expanding leaves were decreased less in Jinchun NO. 4 than the one in Qiupen NO. 1
