摘要
农药用量为20.0克/亩时杀灭菊酯在稻田水中消解很快,前期消解半衰期仅为6.1~14.0小时,平均为9.0小时。土壤吸附是稻田水中杀灭菊酯消解快的最重要原因,其他因素也起一定作用。杀灭菊酯在稻田土中的消解可用药物动力学的单室吸收模型表示。
When paddy fields were treated at a dosage of 20g/mu, the disappearing-degradation of fen valerate in paddy water was very fast with a half-life of 6. 1 ~14.0 hours, the average was 9.0 hours. The paddy soil absorption was a most important factor of fast disappearing of fenvalerate in water, but other factors had a definite role. The disappearing-degradation of fenvalerate in paddy soils could be expressed by one compartmental uptake model of pharmacokinetics.
