Evaluation and Optimization of Equipment Contactors’ Technology Service System

合同商提供保障，可及时扩大或压缩保障资源，持续获得作战所需保障，降低保障费用，提高军队后勤保障能力。将合同商技术服务系统作为一个独立决策单元，将输入、输出进行分解，建立装备合同商技术服务系统的数据包络分析（data envelopment analysis，DEA）模型，并使用Matlab进行计算，提供了一种可量化评估装备合同商技术服务系统效能的思路和方法。

If the contactors afford supports, the army can expand or reduce support resources in good time according to combat demands. The army can continuously get the necessary supports and reduce support expenses. It is obvious that eontaetor＇s supports are the great progresses to army combat ability in the operations. The equipment contactors＇ technology service system seems an individual decision making unit（DMU）. The input and output indexes are distinguished and it is constructed that the data envelopment analysis（DEA） model of the equipment contactors＇ technology service system. The model is analyzed by Matlab tools. A kind of thought and way is provided that can evaluate effectiveness of the equipment contactors＇ technology service system.
