摘要
基薪对于保障企业负责人基本生活需要起着非常重要作用,为此考虑对实际情况下具有非完全竞争特点的海军装备保障企业负责人进行基薪设计。结合经济学相关理论和数学的贝叶斯后验概率思想,建立具有信息反馈功能的基薪甄选模型,进行实证检验,结果较好。与一般静态甄选模型相比,该模型具有多轮修正,不断逼近负责人真实能力的优点。
Base salary plays a guarantee role which is very important in enterprise manager's life. In order to guarantee the better function, base salary of navy equipment support enterprise manager is designed under the actual condition of uncompleted competition. This paper, combining with related economic theroy and mathematical Bayes posterior probability ideology, sets up a base salary select model with information feedback. The model has good result in the actual application. Comparing with the general static select model, the benefit of the model is that it could revise by itself many times and continuously approach the true ability of enterprise manager.
