摘要
介绍了美国陆军对卫星通信资源的管理与使用，以及作战部队战术卫星通信网络的构建；分析了美国陆军卫星通信资源管理与使用的特点，提出了对我陆军发展卫星通信能力的启示。
The paper introduces the management and usage of satellite communication resources as well as the construction of tactical satellite communication network in US Army, analyzes the characteristics of management and usage of satellite communication resources in US Army, and finally, brings forward enlightment on development satellite communication capability in our Army based on the analysis.
