Briefing on the project of 'Coutermeasure study on improving the quality of preventive health supervision of construction projects'

本研究以改善建设项目预防性卫生监督质量为宗旨,综合运用定性定量研究方法,以调查区县建设项目预防性卫生监督现状为切入点,严格依据我国现行法律、法规、规章和卫生标准等对建设项目预防性卫生监督工作的规范性要求,经过课题组核心成员和卫生监督专家多次讨论、论证,并实施了3轮Delphi调查,形成了一套由4个一级指标、7个二级指标和18个三级指标所构成的《建设项目预防性卫生监督质量评价指标体系》,并应用该指标体系对上海市松江区2006～2008年的建设项目预防性卫生审核文书档案进行质量评价。

This research aims at improving the quality of preventive health supervision of construction projects, through integrated use of qualitative and quantitative research methods. We investigated the county status quo of the preventive health supervision of county construction projects as the starting point, strictly in accordance with Chinas current laws, regulations, rules and health standards of the health supervision protocol for construction projects. Through a number of discussions within the core researchers and with health supervision of experts, we designed and confirmed a set of indicators by the implementation of three Delphi surveys, which includes 4 fast-level indicators, 7 second-level and 18 third-level indicators as ＇ evaluation index system of preventive health supervision of construction project quality＇. We conducted the application of the index system in the research to delve into the health examination files quality of construction project from 2006 to 2008 in Shanghal＇s Songjiang District.
