摘要
本文介绍了八一农大成人教育培训楼在基础设计中关于沉降缝的处理方法。将沉降缝改为伸缩缝，并介绍了上柔下刚基础的计算要点，供工程设计人员参考。
This paper introduces the treatment of settlement joint of Adult Education building of Hei Longjiang August 1st Land Reclamation University in basement designing. This settlement joint is changed to expansion joint in this treatment . It also presents the calculating points of up-soft and down-hard basement,and this offers reference for the engineering designer.
