摘要
本文借助小型农业物料力学性质测试装置，对较典型的固体农业物料马铃薯进行了试验研究，建立了力－变形关系曲线。计算出了其破损力、破损应力、应变。
Based on the conclusion of studying the mechanical property of the potato, the typical soil agriculture material, by using a pocket size teste quipment testing the mechanics feature of the agriculture material. We have set up the force-deformation's rating curve, calculated the important mechanics characteristic, such as the load at failure,fracture stress,strain and modulus of elasticity etc.
