四物汤中微量元素的研究

STUDY ON THE TRACE ELEMENTS IN SIWU TANG

用原子吸收光谱仪测定四物汤中当归、熟地、白芍、川芎的单味药煎液、群煎液、单味散剂、群散剂及分煎混合液中７种微量元素，单味散剂、群散剂中的微量元素都明显高于单味汤剂、群汤剂，分煎混合液也明显高于群煎液。

The concentrations of seven trace elements in single decoction, mixed decoction, single powder, mixed powders and mixture decocted singly of Angelia sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Paeonia lactiflora and Ligusticam chuanxiong in siwu Tang were determined by atomic absorption spectrum analyzer The result showed that the concentrations of seven trace elements in single powder and mixed powders were significantly higher than ones of single decoction and mixed decoction and ones of seven trace elements in mixture decocted singly higher thanones in mixed decoction significantly.
