摘要
泡沫沥青混合料的可储存特性对其应用、生产与施工有着重要意义。选择3种储存条件,对3种级配混合料的储存稳定性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,泡沫沥青含量较高的混合料,其较好的黏结性而使泡沫沥青混合料储存稳定性较好;短期密封储存可以对混合料强度和刚度有略微贡献;但对于含有水泥等活性填料的混合料,则恰恰相反,延迟成型的时间会造成强度和模量的降低;此外,级配偏细的泡沫沥青混合料,其性能具有相对较好的储存稳定性;泡沫沥青混合料可以进行不密封储存,比较干燥的泡沫沥青混合料,只要能够保证足够的重新拌和与压实用水,其力学性能仍能得以维持。
The storage performance of foamed asphalt mixtures has an important impact on the application, manufacture and construction of the mixtures. Under the three kinds of storage condition, the test research is made on the storage stability of foamed asphalt mixture with three types of grading. The test results indicate that higher foamed asphalt content will improve the adhesive ability of asphalt mastic in the mixture, which will result in better storage performance of foamed asphalt mixture. The rigidity and the strength of foamed asphalt mixture will be increased after the short storage. But for the mixture with cement, any delay after the mixing will lead to the decrease of the strength and rigidity of the mixture. Furthermore, the mixture with finer grading has better storage performance. The foamed asphalt mixture could be deposited under the unsealed condition, and the strength of mixture also could be maintained after adding some essential water.
