云南农村高血压及左室肥厚相关调查研究

A study of blood pressure and left ventricular mass in untreated hypertension in rural Yunnan province

目的调查云南部分农村高血压发病率，探讨未经治疗的高血压和左室肥厚间的关系。方法随机抽取云南10个村寨，对344名50-70岁本地农民进行问卷调查、身高体重测定、血压测量、心脏超声检查，计算左室质量和左室质量指数，并对左室质量指数和影响因素进行分析。结果云南农村高血压发病率为30％（103／344），只有8％的患者进行药物治疗。高血压人群左室质量明显高于非高血压人群（102．5g比84．9g，P〈O．01），左室质量指数和收缩压、舒张压均呈线性关系，但是舒张压较收缩压和左室质量指数更有关（相关系数0．714和0．379，P=-0．02）。结论云南农村高血压发病率高，值得关注，且未经治疗的高血压人群左室质量指数与血压尤其是舒张压相关。

Objective To investigate hypertention prevalence in Yunnan rural residents, evaluate the relation between blood pressure and left ventricular mass index. Methods 344 people who were not being treated for hypertention and ages between 50 and 70 years were randomly selected, using a questionnaire, height, weight, blood pressure （BP）, and ultrasonic measurements of left ventricular mass. analysis the relation of BP with left ventricular mass index （LVMI）. Results Hypertention prevalence were 30%（103/344）,only 8% patients used drug therapy. Person with hypertention had higher LVMI than without hypertention （102.5 g vs 84.9 g,P〈0.01 ）, there was a significant linear relationship between BP and LVMI in this untreated population.and Diastolic （DBP） compared to systolic BP （SBP） was more strongly associated with LVMI （0.714 vs 0.379,P=0.02）. Conclusion Hypertention prevalence in Yunnan rural residents is higher, it is worthy for more study, and the LVMI in un- treated hypertension is strongly related to BP, especially DBP.
