摘要
对各类型消泡剂进行选择,用于对本实验所用聚合醇防塌钻井液进行消泡试验,并对单一消泡剂和两种消泡剂复配测定。结果表明:改性有机硅和聚硅氧烷消泡剂复配使用,用量为钻井液用量的10%时,消泡率较好,起泡率为6%。
During the well drilling process, the polyol foam easily under the mechanical stirring, which is prone to result in the descreasing of the drilling fluid density, the deterioration of lubricating properties and rheology, reducing the efficiency of the cooling bit. In this case,it will seriously affect the efficiency of the slurry pump and bring the difficulties for the circulation of drilling fluid, even may lead to the complex situation of the underground shaft. Thereore;dealing with the foaming problem in the drilling process is to guarantee the normal drilling. This essay based on the analysis of compound selection and combination solution to the various types of defoamer, to make the amount of defoamer reduce to 10% of the drilling fluid , foaming rate decrease to 6%, and with a good result of anti-foaming.
