湖北省白肋烟病毒病毒源种类鉴定

IDENTIFICATION OF WHITE BURLEY TABACCO VIRUSES IN HUBEI PROVINCE

通过对湖北省五峰、恩施、建始 3个县 (市 )的 139个病毒病标样生物学和血清学鉴定 ,证明湖北省白肋烟病毒病毒源种类主要是CMV、PVY和TMV 3种病毒 ,存在单独侵染和复合侵染 5种侵染类型 ,其中CMV侵染频率为 33.81% ,PVY为 2 2 .30 % ,TMV为 14.39% ,CMV +PVY、TMV +PVY复合侵染频率分别为 5.76%和 5.0 3%。

In this paper, the virus disease symptoms on white Burley tabacco were characterized from the survey results of 1994～1996 and the viruses on 139 diseased samples from Wufeng, Enshi and Janshi of Hubei Province were identified by examining their biological and serological properties. The results showed that in Hubei CMV, PVY and TMV were the main virues on white Burley tabacco and five kinds of infection types caused by CMV, PVY, TMV, CMV+PVY, and TMV+PVY with infectious frequencies of 33.81%, 22.30%, 14.39%, 5.76% and 5.03% respectively.\;
