摘要
在采用微气静相培养技术对东方巴贝斯虫体外培养的基础上 ,观察了 4℃保存不同时间的悬浮于 199培养液中的染虫红细胞和健康牛红细胞用于东方巴贝斯虫体外培养时的虫体生长情况 ,结果表明 ,染虫红细胞在 4℃保存 2 0d仍可用于建立起始培养 ;健康牛红细胞保存 6d ,对培养影响不明显 ,而保存 9d即严重影响东方巴贝斯虫的生长繁殖。这对东方巴贝斯虫的虫体保存和培养条件的选择均具有重要意义。
Infected erythrocytes and normal erythrocytes were suspended in 199 medium and stored at 4℃ at different intervals, then these erythrocytes were used in the in vitro cultivation of Babesia orientalis . The results showed that infected erythrocytes that were stored for 20 days could be used to establish the initial culture; normal erythrocytes stored for 6 days had no effect on growth, but the erythrocytes stored for 9 days had significant deleterious effects on the growth. This result would be very useful for the in vitro cultivation of Babesia orientalis.
