摘要
采用差分法对人造米干燥过程内部水分的扩散特性、分布规律及动力学特性等进行研究。通过计算机可计算颗粒内某瞬间任意位置的含水量、试样的平均含水量、预测干燥时间、平衡含水量和平衡时间等。内部水分梯度形成了扩散的推动力 ;在干燥后期 ,干燥推动力小 ,阻力大 ,干燥速度很慢 ,所以达到平衡含水量的时间很长。除去 99%的自由水分较容易。干燥温度与水分扩散系数呈负倒数指数关系 ;水分较高时 ,扩散系数与含水量呈负相关。
Drying dynamics and distribution regulation of interior water impart of synthetic rice during drying processing were studied by finite differences method. The processing of water transfering can be simulated by computer, water content at any time in different point and mean water content can be calculated, the drying time, equilibrium water content and equilibrium time can be indicated accuately and easily by using the solution of finite differences under complex conditions and avried water diffusivity. Drying temperature has strong function to water diffusion and water content influences water diffusion. Water gradiet is the driving force of interior water diffusion. \;
