摘要
在我国黄河流域、长江流域及珠江流域三个农业生态区,山东青岛、上海、浙江湖州及广州四个地区,在网箱、水泥池及池塘三种水体,单养或混养系统里,对五个尼罗罗非鱼品系,即吉富品系、“78”品系、“88”品系、“埃及”品系以及“美国”品系,进行生长性能的评估。评估分一龄和二龄阶段跟踪进行,共十七个试验。生长性能试验结果证明,不论是在青岛、湖州、上海还是在广州,不论是池塘、水泥池、还是网箱养殖,不论是混养还是单养,是在苗种阶段还是在成鱼阶段,生长速度依次为:吉富品系>“88”品系>“78”品系>“美国”品系>“埃及”品系。未发现尼罗罗非鱼品系间生长速度差异有何表型—环境互作效应。
Seventeen experiments have been conducted to study the growing performance of 5 strains of Nile tilapia, including GIFT strain, “78” strain, “88” strain, “Egypt” strain and “American” strain, cultured in net cages, concrete tanks and earthen ponds practiced with either polyculture or monoculture systems in Qingdao of Yellow River basin, Shanghai and Huzhou of Yangtze River basin and Guangzhou of Pearl River basin. The three basins represent the major agro ecosystems of China. Major results showed, regardless of the strains cultured in what agro ecosystems or culture systems, from fingerling to adult stage, the ranks of growing rate were GIFT strain >“88” strain >“78” strain > “American” strain > “Egypt” strain. The phenotype environmental interaction was not found in the variations of growing rate of different strains of the Nile tilapia.
