腐植酸钠浸根对纹党根系生长的影响

Effect of Dipping with Sodium Humate on Root Growth in Codonopsis pilosula var. modesta (Nannf) L.T.Shen

针对纹党人工栽培中死苗、烂根、品质退化等间题，采用腐植酸钠溶液浸泡药苗的方法，探索其改善途径。试验表明，经合适浓度（0．6％）和一定时问（0．5～20h）的浸根处理，纹党的当年成活率、平均根径、根长、单株鲜质量和鲜产量都有一定程度的提高。

The root of one-year-old Codonopsis pilosula. var.modesta were dipped in the solution (0.6 %, pH 10) of sodium humate for different time, after that plants were transplanted in the field. Results showed that the roots dipped in 0.6 % of solution for 0.5-2 h could increase survival rate of plants, length and diameter of the root, and root weight per plant in a certain degree.
