摘要
通过对粘性知识转移含义、过程的诠释,粘性知识主体和客体知识转移影响因素的分析和从粘性知识受体与授体角度出发构建单一粘性知识转移模型,探析粘性知识成功转移策略。
By analyzing the conception and processes of sticky knowledge transfer and influential factors with sticky knowledge transfer model, the paper put forward strategies to sticky knowledge transfer.
