摘要
在机械旋转构件的动态参数检测中,传统的检测法由于需接触检测而难以满足实时检测要求。提出了基于计算机视觉原理的非接触实时在线定量检测方法,设计了以TMS320C6701DSP为核心的旋转构件动态参数检测系统。为实现机械构件的非接触式在线实时定量检测提供新的技术与方法。
In machinery rotary parts' dynamic parameters testing, it is hardly to satisfy the real-time request because of the traditional examination method must contact. This paper proposed the non-contact real-time online examination method based on the computer vision, and designed dynamic parameter examination system based on TMS320C6701 DSP as the core component. The new technology and the method were provided to mechanical rotary parts' non-contact real-time online quota examination.
