摘要
机构模型构建是从CAD装配几何模型到运动学分析模型及多体动力学模型转换的关键技术。建立了机构模型生成的模板,构造产品的装配结构树,建立装配结构图;通过紧固联接件的归并,建立联接件归并图;通过运动约束的识别,实现运动副的添加,从而构建出机构模型。模板适合于大多数常见机构模型的生成,并在发动机汽缸活塞机构模型的构建过程中得到了具体的应用。
Building mechanism model is the key technology of conversion from CAD assembly geometry model to kinematics and muhibody dynamics model. Establish generation template of mechanism model, Construct assembly and structure tree, and build assembly and structure graph; Build connection-parts united graph by merging tighten- connection parts; Recognize motion constraints and add it. A mechanism model is generated. The template is suitable for most mechanism model, and concretely applied in the building of engine cylinder-piston mechanism model.
