摘要
根据双流体雾化原理设计了一种新型的手动吹雾器,在0.03MPa的空气压力下,通过特制的气力式环孔形喷头可把水质喷雾液分散成容积中径VMD值为50~100μm的细雾,雾流夹角为25°~30°的窄幅实心雾锥。药液流速0~120mL/min可调。每亩田的喷雾量只需1~2L。与传统的液力式手动喷雾器相比,喷雾量可降低96~98%,农药用量可减少20~50%。采取左右摆动的扫描式喷撒法时,喷幅可达3~4m,处理一亩田的时间为20~40分钟。已成功地在12种作物上对21种主要虫害和6种主要病害进行了多年试验示范,是一种适合于小规模农业生产体制的高效、节水、节药喷雾器械。
A novel hand-operated mist-blower, the HANDIMIST , had been developed: following twin-fluid atomisation method. With a specially designed annular jet pneumatic energy nozzle the water-based spray mixture could be dispersed into a fine mist with a VMD value of 50-100 μm under an air pressure as low as 0.03 MPa. The air-assisted spray cloud has a narrow-angled solid cone holding a spray angle of 25°-30°. The flow-rate of spray mixture is adjustable between 0-120 mL/min, and the application rate of spray mixture is only 15-30L/ha. Compared with those of conventional hand-held hydraulic sprayers, 96-98% of spray mixture and 20-50% of a. i. dosage could be cut down respectively. The swath width from left to right could be 3-4 m if nozzle is swinged horizontally over the crop, and the time for treating 1 ha takes 5-10 h. HANDIMIST?has been applied on 12 crops and fruit trees successfully for controlling 21 insect pests and 6 plant diseases and proved valuable for small-scale farmers as a high-efficiency, water and pesticide saving hand-operated spray equipment.
