糖尿病患者居家养老现状与需求的相关性研究

Correlation analysis between the current status and demand of living at home for diabetes patients

目的调查老年糖尿病患者居家养老的现状与需求并进行相关性分析。方法采用糖尿病患者居家养老的需求调查表，对197例老年糖尿病患者居家养老的需求进行调查分析。结果老年糖尿病居家养老的生活需求、心理需求、社会需求与患者的年龄、居住状况、婚姻状况、经济状况、并发症、病程等因素有关，不同生活状态的患者需求有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年糖尿病患者居家养老的需求面广包括生活、心理、社会的需求，而高龄、独居、未婚或丧偶、低收入、并发症、病程等是影响需求的主要因素。

Objective To investigate living at home for diabetes patients. Methods and analyze the correlation between the status and demand of A total of 197 elder diabetes patients were investigated with self- designed questionnaire of demand for living at home. Results The daily life, psychological and social demand of elderly diabetes patients for living at home related to factors, such as age, living alone, be bereft of spouse, lower income, complications and the duration of disease. Conclusions The demand of elderly diabetes patients for living at home include extensively in terms of daily life, psychological and social aspects, and the main influencing factors are age, living alone, be bereft of spouse, lower income, complications and the duration of disease.
