摘要
针对获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）合并急性脊髓炎的临床特点，总结2例AIDS合并急性脊髓炎患者的护理，提出在做好消毒隔离和基础护理的基础上，重点加强病情观察、肢体的锻炼、压疮的护理及心理支持和对症护理，以使患者降低病死率，提高生活质量。
According to specific characteristics of AIDS patients with acute myelitis, we summarized the relative nursing experiences which attach importance to the clinical condition inspection, extremity exercises, bedsore nursing, mental support and expectant nursing on the basis of disinfection and isolation and common nursing. The patients benefited from low mortality and achieve better living quality.
