持续膀胱冲洗患者不同计量尿量方法的比较

Comparative study of different kinds of urinary volume measurement methods among patients with continuous bladder irrigation

目的探讨持续膀胱冲洗准确计量尿量的方法。方法对30例需要持续膀胱冲洗治疗的患者，同次冲洗引流液分别用量杯、电子秤、注射器测量，计算出尿量。结果电子秤计量尿量的准确性优于注射器、量杯（P〈0．01）；电子秤较注射器测量更为省时（P〈0．01）。结论电子秤计量尿量的方法，更加准确、方便，为患者的治疗提供了可靠的数据，并提高了护理质量。

Objective To compare different kinds of urinary volume measurement methods among patients with continuous bladder irrigation. Methods The urinary samples of 30 patients with continuous bladder irrigation were repeated measured by using measuring cup, electronic scale and syringe. Results The accuracy of urinary volume calculated by electronic scale was superior to syringe and measuring cup. In addition, electronic scale was time-saving compared with using syringe. Conclusions Using electronic scale for measuring urinary volume is an accurate and convenient method. It can provide reliable data and improve quality of nursing.
