摘要
目的:针对城市流动孕产妇管理现状,探讨有效管理模式。方法:加强县、乡、村三级卫生服务机构的网络化管理,以及综合服务措施的实施。结果:城市流动孕产妇管理质量不断提高,妇幼卫生工作指标逐年好转。5年中孕产妇死亡率下降趋势明显,孕产妇死亡率由2004年的76.22/10万,下降到2008年的17.15/10万;围产儿死亡率由2004年的19.65‰,下降到2008年的11.17‰。结论:城市流动孕产妇管理的特殊性,需要有效的综合管理模式。综合服务模式,有助于城市流动孕产妇管理质量的提高。
Objective To probe into the efficient adminstrative pattern on flowing pregnant women in cities. Methods The network adminstration of health care organizations in county, township and village was enhanced and comprehensive service measures were taken. Results The adminstrative quality of flowing pregnant women and health care index of women and children were being improved year after year. The mortality of pregnant women in 5 years was decreased sharply from 76.22/100 000 of 2004 to 17.15/100 000 of 2008. The mortality of perinatal infants went down from 19. 65/100 000 of 2004 to 11.17/100 000 of 2008. Conclusions The adminstration of flowing pregnant women in cities requires efficient comprehensive adminstrative pattern,which helps to elevate adminstrative quality of flowing pregnant women in cities.
