摘要 首先对45钢试样表层进行了高能喷丸处理,然后采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对喷丸后试样表层的组织结构进行了分析,给出了实测XRD谱和降噪后的XRD谱,通过半高宽分析了试样表层晶粒的大小,并计算了平均晶粒尺寸。结果表明:高能喷丸处理30 min后,45钢表层平均晶粒尺寸为64.847 8 nm,达到了纳米量级,说明采用高能喷丸方法可在45钢表层形成纳米层。 The surface of 45 medium carbon steel was treated by high energy shot peening technique first, and then the microstructures of the surface layer were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The practical and de-noising XRD spectrums were presented. The evolution of the grain size on the surface layer was investigated by the full width at half maximum and the average grain size was calculated. The results show that the mean grain size in the medium carbon steel surface with treatment of high energy shot peening is in the range of nanocystalline, and the average grain size is about 64. 847 8 rim. The X-ray diffraction can be used to reveal the microstructures of the nanocrystalline layer.
