摘要
以Neophot32光学显微镜100倍放大倍数为例通过理论分析和实际测量计算,介绍了其总放大倍数的自校准方法及测量结果的不确定度评定方法。其测量不确定度报告为:显微镜的实际总放大倍数M_(测总)=99.7±1.0×10,包含因子k=2。
Method of the total magnifying power calibration and evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for optical microscope were introduced in the presence of theory analyzing and actual measuring and computing with 100 magnification of Neophot32 microscope as an example. The uncertainty report for the 100 magnification of this microscope was Mtotal=99.7±1.0×10, k=2.
