On Basic Theory of Archival Science in the Post-Custodial Era:A Short Review on the Study of the Elements of Records

本文对西方学者倡导研究的后保管时代档案学基本理论与后现代主义思潮的关系进行了研究,其内容包括:电子文件对档案学理论及其立足点的影响,文件线状运动规律的变化,档案化概念及其影响以及新来源观等。本文重点探讨了与之相关的文件构成要素论,这种理论扩大了来源原则的应用范围,使对文件档案概念的研究从以往的基本属性研究深入到了对构成要素的研究,为在电子文件管理中贯彻全程管理、前端控制原则以及采行后保管模式奠定了理论基础。

This study reports the relationship between the basic theory of archival science in the Post-custodial era advocated by western scholars and postmodernism. The report includes the effects of electronic records on the theory of archival science and its footing, the change of the rule of file linear movement, the concept of archiviza- tion and its effects, the new outlook of provenance, etc. The author emphasizes the study of elements of records which expands the application range of the rule of provenance and plunges the research of the concept of record and file from previous study on the basic attributes into the research on elements, providing a theoretical base for carrying out the full management and front controlling principles and applying the post-custodial model in the management of electronic records.
