论公共档案馆的文化责任

On the Cultural Responsibility of Public Archives

开展文化建设是公共档案馆的文化责任,本文对我国公共档案馆文化责任理论研究的缺失及国际档案界对公共档案馆文化责任的认同进行了分析,提出公共档案馆的文化责任为文化传承责任、文化服务责任、文化传播责任、文化教育责任、文化交流责任和文化建构责任,并对此予以论证。从历史演进的视角,指出我国公共档案馆文化责任的建设是一项长期的工作。

Cultural construction is one of the cultural responsibilities of public archives. This article analyses the lack of theory research on the cultural responsibility of public archives in our country and the international identity of the cultural responsibility of public archives. The author brings forward and demonstrates that the cultural responsibility of public archives includes cultural inheritance, cultural service, cultural spread, cultural education, cultural communication and cultural construction. From the historical perspective of evolution, the author proposes that the construction of cultural responsibility of public archives in our country be a long-term task.
