Government information publication is an important symbol of rule-of-taw society and democracy and it is also significant for regulating government action, upholding civil rights, promoting democracy building and the harmony of society. It is a realistic choice for the national archives to be the ＂government information lookup sites＂, but they also face with a difficult situation.
