摘要
由于历史和现实的原因,大陆对台湾地区档案工作发展状况了解较少。文章比较系统地介绍了台湾地区近60年来档案管理人员的在职教育培训情况,并分析研究其特征和特色,以期有助于海峡两岸档案工作的交流互补与发展。
Because of historical and the reality reason, the mainland know little about the development of Tai- wan＇s archives work. This article systematically introduces the Taiwan＇s archives management staff in-service education training in the recent 60 years, and analysis its features and characteristics, which is helpful to the complementary exchange and development of archives work between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits.
