Chemical constituents in stem bark of Morus cathayana

摘要 目的对桑科植物华桑Morus cathayana茎皮进行化学成分研究。方法利用色谱方法进行化学成分分离和纯化,采用波谱和化学等方法鉴定结构;并对分离得到的部分化合物进行细胞毒活性筛选。结果分离并鉴定了11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为粗毛甘草素F(glyasperin F,1)、broussoflavonol F(2)、胡枝子黄烷酮C(lespedezaflavanone C,3)、异甘草黄酮醇(4)、桑根醇B(sanggenol B,5)、sanggenol L(6)、sanggenol D(7)、sanggenol G(8)、sanggenol A(9)、二氢槲皮素(10)、槲皮素(11)。结论化合物1~3为首次从该属植物中分得。化合物2、4~6和9对5种人癌细胞表现出细胞毒活性,其IC50值为0.41~7.2μg/mL。 Objective To study chemical constituents in The constituents were separated and purified with chr0ma elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses. toxicities.
