从少儿图书馆的馆藏建设、图书馆服务和人力资源建设等方面,论述了在"以人为本"理念指导下促进少儿图书馆健康发展的措施,以期为我国少儿图书馆的特色建设提供借鉴。

From the collection construction, service for readers, and human resource construction, etc. of children’s library, this paper discusses some measures for promoting the health development of children’s library under people-based concept for providing the reference for the characteristic construction of children＇s library in China.
