浅谈“以人为本”的高校图书馆建设

从"以人为本"的科学内涵入手,强调了在高校图书馆建设中实施"以人为本"科学发展观的重要性,并从"馆员"与"读者"两个角度提出了实施"以人为本"的具体措施。

Starting from the scientific connotations of people-based concept, this paper emphasizes the importance of implementing the people-based scientific development concept in the construction of university library, and from two angles of the librarian and the reader, puts forward some concrete measures for implementing the people-based concept.
