摘要
绩效考核是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容。通过对中国企业现阶段绩效考核中存在问题的探讨,提出了完善绩效考核的改进对策。
Performance assessment is an important content of modern enterprise’s human resource management. Through probing into the problems existing in Chinese enterprises’performance assessment at present stage, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the performance assessment.
