摘要
在城市轨道交通正线及车辆段内供电授流制式均采用直流1500V接触轨系统的情况下,对需要重点关注系统安全设计、降低建设及运营成本的途径进行论述。从深圳地铁3号线工程的实际情况出发,基于RAMS管理方法,结合运营需求,对直流1500V接触轨系统的高架及地面区段进行分析和研究,包括综合防雷保护、紧急停电按钮(EPB)控制系统、接触轨带电显示装置、滑触线系统、新型材质防护罩、新型接地短路装置,阐述相关设计原理和系统构成,以指导相关产品的设计和研制。工程实践证明,这些创新设计与研究满足工程需求,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。
As DC 1500V conduct rail system is adopted both on the main line and in the depot of urban rail transit,much attention should be paid to the safety design as well as lowering investment and operation costs. Based on the requirements of Shenzhen metro Line 3 project and according to the RAMS management methods,the paper focuses on the following systems: integrated lightning protection system,EPB system,conduct rail live displaying apparatus,gliding contact line system,UPVC protective cover,earthing short circuit device for maintenance,and analyses the principles and composition of relevant systems. Practice indicated that the innovation design and development have satisfied the project requirements with good social and economic benefit acquired.
