摘要
在175F涡流预燃室风冷柴油机的基础上更换气缸盖、活塞等零件,改成新的175F直喷式燃烧室风冷柴油机。测试比较了两种柴油机的性能,改为直喷式燃烧室后燃油消耗率下降了6.2%。此外还就涡流比、燃烧室形状和尺寸、燃油系统对175F直喷式燃烧室柴油机性能的影响进行了研究。
Based on the 175F type swirlprechamber air cooling diesel engine, through redesigning cylinder head and piston etc., new 175F type direct injection air cooling diesel engine is formed. Test results of both engine's show fuel consumption of the D.I. type is 6.2% lower than that of the swirlprechamber type. Besides, the influence of swirlratio, chamber size and fuel injection system on the performance of the 175F type D. I. diesel engine wasinvestiga-ted.
