摘要
高校教师知识共享水平低,已经成为制约高校竞争力提升的瓶颈。目前对该问题的研究主要集中在如何改善技术、加强共享文化建设上,对如何激励教师分享自己知识的动机研究比较少。因此,笔者从高校教师个体动机层面入手,通过实证研究探讨了制约高校教师共享行为的动机问题。
The low level knowledge-sharing of college teachers has been the bottleneck factor that restricts the promotion of the college competitive power. However, the current study mainly focused on the issue of how to improve technology, and strengthen the construction of sharing culture, while the study on how to motivate teachers to share their knowledge and motivation research is relatively few. Therefore, the author studies on knowledge sharing from the individual level of college teachers, and deeply examined the motives constraining college teachers knowledge sharing by sample exploratory investigation.
