摘要 通过动物实验探讨磁共振动态增强扫描成像参数S及SI%与动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生微血管的相关性。磁共振动态增强扫描参数S及SI%与新生微血管内皮细胞计数具有相关性(R=0.479,P<0.01;R=0.433,P<0.05),通过测定参数S及SI%对动脉粥样硬化斑块内新生微血管进行半定量测定,评价动脉硬化斑块易损性,为临床早期干预及治疗动脉硬化斑块提供可靠的影像学依据。 To discuss correlation of dynamic contrast enhanced MR imaging and neovascularization in atherosclerotic plaques of rabbits. To evaluate the fist phase rate of slope (S) and max rate of enhancement (SI%) and using immnohistochernical staining technique to observe endothelial cell in Neovascularization in atherosclerotic plaques(CD31 ). Results indicate that dynamic contrast enhanced MR imaging parameter(S and SI%) correlated positively with neovascularization in atherosclerotic plaques. (R=0. 479, P〈0.01 R= 0. 433,P 〈0.05 ). In Conclusion, to evaluate semi--quantitatively evaluation of neovascularization in atherosclerotic plaques by evaluating the fist phase rate of slope (S) and maximal rate of enhancement ( SI%), estimate vulnerability of atherosclerotic plaques. To provide imaging evidence for the clinical and prevent heart cerebral vascular accident.
